MyPup Guide
How do I use MyPup?
Step 1
Create an account at
https://www.my-pup.com/de/users.
Select Techno Campus Berlin A as your Pick Up Point. You will receive a welcome email with detailed instructions on what to do next.
Step 2
Shop online and use your MyPup username as your name, along with the MyPup Hub address:
(CROW) Markgrafenstraße 68, 10969 Berlin as the delivery address.
Step 3
Once the MyPup courier has placed the package in the Pick-Up Point, you will receive a code via text message and email that you can use to open the compartment and retrieve your package.
Step 4
Easily send or return packages by registering them in the app and placing them in the Pick-Up Point.
